I hear free time

Would it be completely absurd to assume that my child has a sixth sense during nap time that can tell the minute I’m done showering, and getting ready for the day and can also tell the exact second I sit down to check my email?

Is this some sort of baby conspiracy against Mamas? Because if so? Babies? You need to stop!

Oh that is so weird. I said this exact thing to my husband yesterday. I swear everytime I would make it back to the computer to start doing something, Tabby would wake up from her nap and start fussing. It was driving me up the wall. I finally just gave up and laid down with her and we napped together. Am a bit annoyed just thinking about it again.

It is quite definitely a baby conspiracy.

You didn’t see the part about children and their sixth sense in the “baby instrcutions” you get after labor and delivery???

It would not be a bizarre assumption. It would be true.

Well the twins are nearly 17 now and I still gleefully cherish finishing a cup of hot coffee that doesn’t go cold.

Most certainly a conspiracy. Ingenious, aren’t they?
