Lost: One German-ness.

by statia on September 4, 2006

It’s no secret amongst my friends that I’m a CSI nut. I’m addicted to it. There’s an unspeakable hotness and shagability about Grissom that I can’t explain. If you threw him in a room with my hot pretend celebrity girlfriend, I’m not really sure who I’d hump first.

I’m generally an original CSI fan, but when there’s nothing on, I’ll watch the NY version. I boycotted the Miami version for a long time because David Caruso annoys me to no end, but lately, we’ve found ourselves watching it because there literally hasn’t been anything on all summer and we’re at a loss for TV shows. It should be noted how much we HATE reality tv. To me, reality TV is like the worlds longest sociology experiment that was never interesting to begin with. So, Miami had our forensics and a high suspension of disbelief, which is just how we like our tv. Mindless. We also found ourselves kind of liking Miami. Oh I fought it, believe me, I fought it hard, it bent me over the table and said “there’s nothing else on, you have no choice.”

I’ve slowly noticed that as much as Horatio Kane annoys the ever living shit out of me, he manages to make me cry at the end of every god damned episode. I find myself shaking my fist screaming “DAMN YOU HORATIO!!”

I really can’t wait for primetime to start up again. I can’t take much more of this.

i was the same way with CSI: Miami. i said “nothing could tear me away from the original!”… and then i got sucked in. damn you H, with your gentle but firm way of speaking and your shifty eyes.

I just can’t do Miami. Between blonde southern chick and Horatio, I end up throwing things at the TV. So I stick with the original and NY.

That is too funny, because we are exactly the same way. Total CSI-original junkies.
*taps vein*

We also got roped into watching Miami, which I originally said ‘NO WAY’ to, because I cannot stand Caruso. There is something about him that makes me crazy in a bad way. Guh.

Grissom though? Completely shaggable. mmmm…

I’ve only ever seen a handful of CSI episodes when I went to visit my parents in MI, b/c they watch it. I watch entirely too many other shows about crime (every Law & Order) and medicine to get addicted to something else.
