Ok, I’m out of M&M’s, which means this shit has to officially stop

by statia on April 3, 2006

I think I’ve officially reached the end of the internet. I’ve got nothing to keep myself entertained. I’ve seen all the good porn, the funny videos and I’m actually BORED of the Sims. I know Wendy, I’m totally ashamed.

So, to answer your questions (a lot of these required some thought and I’m blaming all of you if I burned out too many of my brain cells).

M@ asked: What do you miss most about Philly?
Hrm, this is a tough one, because there’s so much I miss about Philly. I really miss the “feel” of the area in general. I miss the sprawling yards and houses that aren’t the size of my high school locker. Everything was much more open.

Geeky totally went all hoggy on the questions, but since I like her so much, I’ll answer them all.

Tell us your favorite story from when you were little.
My favorite story from when I was little, would have to be the “GERONIMOOOO” story. You can read about that here. (It’s totally worth clicking the link too). Granted, it wasn’t at all funny when it happened, but we all have a good laugh about it now. Oh, and the convention that I mention in that entry? Yeah, totally a guppy show.

If you were stranded on a desert island and could only take 5 things with you (not including the meester) what would you bring?

G-man, Miss M, chocolate, my favorite comfy pants, and toothpaste. (I’m sure I could find something to brush with)

name one thing you wouldn’t do for a decent cheesesteak. name one thing you would.

“I’d kill a midget” for a cheesesteak. I wouldn’t eat something really gross, like monkey eyes or whale testicles.

what was the last book you read? movie you watched? tv show you saw?

Last book I read was probably a book about small dogs. I haven’t read much this winter. Last movie I watched was Memoirs of a Geisha, which we watched yesterday. Movie was fucking long too. Last TV show I saw was Sopranos. Sopranos is a religious experience.

if you could get another pet right now, what would you get and what would you name it?
This is a tough one. I’m such an animal lover. I’d love to get another dog. Actually, I’d love to get like 5 more dogs. I’d love a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I’d get a little girl and name it something dainty like Grace, or Emma or something. HOWEVER, if we were to actually go out and get another dog, it would have to be the god awful ugly pug that the meester wants, and it’d have to be named Chewbacca, because I told him he could.

east coast or west coast?

East siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide. All the way.

Merrin said: How much do you hate that my husband is in Philly right now….eating a cheesesteak?

Merrin, if I saw your husband right now, eating a cheesesteak in front of me, I’d shoot him in the foot. And to think, I stood up for him on the taco thing.

Thalia asked:

what makeup item couldn’t you live without?
Mac Studio fix. I love that stuff.

What’s your first ever memory?
I barely remember this, but apparently, I took tap dancing lessons when I was about three or so with one of my cousins (a real cousin this time). I remember doing “shuffle STEP”. I totally surpressed it and when I ended up running into my cousin a few years ago online, I asked her to ask her mother if it was just a dream. Nope. I even remember the little bag I took with me. It was clear plastic with orange trim and pictures of oranges on it. And to think, I could have been like a tap star or something.

what did you do on your last night in philly?
My last night in Philly, the meester and I started packing the truck, we went and got a cheesesteak (of course) and water ice as our last meal. It was so god awful hot and humid. We packed the truck in the dark in a thunderstorm. Then I proceeded to get the shits from the cheesesteak. Good times.

It’s funny, because even though I’ve been blogging for nearly 4(!!!!) years, I swear my memory still sucks.

Nooooo!! You cannot be bored of the Sims. I’m going to go see if I can find some good porn for them. ;p

My dh is from a little town north of Philly…and says “water ice” – wooderice.” And he digs on some cheesesteak too, yet has never taken me to Geno’ s or Pat’s. (He prefers Geno’s.) Do you have a Philly accent?

Ok, you just can’t get bored of the Sims. No freaking way. Do you have the Brokeback Sims? What about the Oscar fashions?

My checking account needs to keep you totally addicted.

Oh and go check out decorgal.com if you haven’t seen her latest movies.

Chris April 4, 2006 at 8:41 am

I’m beginning to think both of us have unhealthy fixations on midgets.

Merrin April 4, 2006 at 9:54 am

You could amuse yourself by counting how many times the word “cheesesteak” has been used on your blog over the years.

OK. Back from Philly. Wanna guess what I ate while I was there? :-)
