My husband, the 80′s 90′s leftover.

by statia on January 9, 2006

I bought Wallace and Gromit:Project Zoo for PS2 a while back and made it through 2 levels and then saw something sparkly. I started playing it again a couple of weeks ago, while on break.

I just retired the game for the night prior to finishing off one of the battles with Feathers McGraw. The meester decided to give the battle a whirl and got it on the first try (he’s one of THOSE people). The words that came out of his mouth when he finished?

“I am 2 legit, 2 legit to quit!!”

His birthday is February 15th if anyone wants to get him a vintage pair of “hammer pants.”

(and for the record, the only reason I used 2 instead of two (or too?) is because if you’re going to quote M.C. Hammer, you’d better do it right)

Don’t you mean, you’d better do it “proper”? :)

2 funny! Makes me think of how my husband and i will actually stop fast forwarding the god that is TiVo just to watch the commercial with “Push It” playing. “Pu-Push It Real Good.”

See, since I first heard that song, I always heard it as, “ahh smush it, smush it real good”.

actually Too Legit Too Quit came out in october of ’91 so your husband is only a decade behind and not two instead…so at least there is hope for him in that regard… :P
