Function is a funny word.

When you go to a concert and you think that 10:30 is getting too late: you are officially old.

Holy shit, we are both dragging ass today. Like dragging.serious.ass. Right now, it’s a wonder I’m even still awake. When I lived in PA, I couldn’t even try to fall asleep before 11:30, it just wouldn’t happen. Now, if I’m not in bed by 9:30 and asleep by a little after ten, it’s all about the crank factor the next day. If I go out on a school night, I tend to stress about getting to bed at a decent hour. Why can’t concerts be designated to the weekends? I’m set in my ways dammit and where is my cane, because I’m sore this morning from standing too long.

Today in my ever ending quest to figure out what’s going on my little dog’s brain, I purchased Chihuahua’s for dummies, because we are in fact, the dummies in this entire operation. Had I known how so very true this sticker was, prior to bringing this disgusting bundle of cuteness home, I might, just might, have considered letting the meester get his pug.

As she sidles up next to me, completely enthralled with my laptop, I have to wonder if she’s just curious how I’m magically moving the arrow around, or if she’s just being extra cute as she plots world domination.

She’s definitely plotting world domination. She’s trying to catch you as you type in your passwords, so she can get on the net to get vastly greater info resources.

As soon as she gets a set of shrimp thumbs, you and hubby will have outlived your collective usefulness to her. Do NOT let her get those shrimp.

She’s plotting world domination by making you lose sleep…

And I’m totally with you on the asleep by 10 thing – what happened to being okay with 4 hours of sleep? Now if i get any less than 8 my body protests. no fair.

And here I thought plotting world domination was only done by cats and “Pinky and The Brain”… apparently chihuahuas (properly pronounced chi-hooa-hooas btw ;-) do it as well. Learn something new every day.

I’m shocked that you would leave her at home for a few hours during the concert – no telling what she might cook up!
