Feeling bad for all of my friends that live in the UK

by statia on November 21, 2005

I just want to tell you all right now, that the show Little Britain makes me want to jam a knitting needle through my brain.

I’m really sorry you have such shitty shows.

I’m not sorry that I don’t get them.

We can’t stand that show either. Seriously. We do occasionally watch it as one of Angus’ mates is in the show, but when it’s over we sigh in relief and hit the bottle hard.

I offer equal sympathy for any American sitcom you may have that stars Jim Belushi. That’s like punishment.

Yeahbutnobutyeahbutno… Come on! That show is BRILLIANT! Okay. I only like a few of the skits. Vicky and the Prime Minister and the only gay in the village, but it’s worth the whole show for those alone!

However, make me sit down for Ab Fab and you better pass that knitting needle.

OH! And Andy! I love Andy! “I want that one.”

Okay. I’m done now.

that show completely cracks my ass up.

oddly enough, i only started liking it when i moved to the U.S. before then, i thought it was the biggest pile of nothing.

Britain will occasionally produce the absolutely most brilliant shows. Then the rest, well, bit of a let down. It’s like that everywhere, though, I suppose.
