Just another Manic Monday

by statia on May 2, 2005

This weekend, the Meester took a trip back home to see family and friends. I stayed behind because of the dog and other things that just made it a little more difficult for me to go with him. It was our first weekend apart, and also our anniversary. Saturday, was the one year anniversary of the day we met in person. Being the type of person that was so used to her independence, it was tougher being by myself than I thought it was going to be. It was just so weird. After spending literally 24-7 with a person, I guess they kinda grow on you.

I found it really ironic yesterday, that there I was, standing in San Francisco international, my favorite airport in all the land, waiting for my husband to return home, while last year at this time, I was standing in Philadelphia International, saying goodbye to the person I knew I’d spend the rest of my life with. It just totally boggles my mind that a year has gone by. He also came home with this. For those of you playing at home, that’s two new handbags in a week. I’m definitely one spoiled girl.

I have big, deep, serious handbag envy right now.

Big time.

Congrats again! My Hubby and I got to spend our 1 year (of being 2 gether 24/7) on the beach & had a ton o’ fun! Love the bag, soooo cute! All I got was some chocolate covered strawberries. *I’m not complaining, they’re my FAV!

Don’t let my wife see those. She just might leave me for your hubby. She loves coach. She is actually angry that I have more coach bags than she does. I have a PDA case, a money clip, and a embassy briefcase.
