So last week, I was sanitizing the tool™, which consists of me dipping it in rubbing alcohol.

You know, I really love the smell of rubbing alcohol. Every time I open the bottle, I take a big whiff.

That can’t be good for you, can it?

Does anyone else have a guilty pleasure smell?

I love the smell of sharpies. I hate it when I get to close and get a mark on my nose though.

Rubbing alcohol. I huff it like it’s glue.

…or, something.

grace March 30, 2005 at 11:21 am

bleach…. and I long for the days of ditto machine fluid.

Faith March 30, 2005 at 11:22 am

jen said exactly what I was thinking. I thought it definitely gave new meaning to “safe sex”, but then I realized you were probably talking about that blackhead remover thingy that you posted about a few days ago, right? At least I hope so…

Guilty pleasure smell? I don’t know what it is, but some days when I walk through the cloud of smoke that the smokers in my building create right outside the entrance to the building, I’m in heaven. So yeah, mine is second-hand smoke. Nice, eh?

freak…. ;P

i like the smell of pot first thing in the morning….and towels….but mostly pot…

Deltus March 30, 2005 at 12:49 pm

Ditto on the markers. And yeah, the ditto machine fluid was the best back in school.

Amy March 30, 2005 at 1:07 pm

Dude – the TOOL!?!?! Dipped in alcohol? Hoping your talking about the blackhead thing and not the other head thing. Heh. BTW – what IS the blackhead thing? Linky?

Amy March 30, 2005 at 1:07 pm

You’re, not your. UGH. Hate that.

Puppy breath! AND fresh brewing coffee because it smells like puppy breath.

donna March 30, 2005 at 6:13 pm

I like rubbing alcohol too, and gasoline.

Empress March 30, 2005 at 6:52 pm

Love rubbing alcohol and Listerine. Oh, and this stuff my mom used to rub on sore muscles that she called “linament”. It was green and I’ve tried to find it since but I think it’s toxic or something. It used to be gasoline, too, until they made it unleaded. It just doesn’t hold the charm for me any more.

On the other hand, I simply love the taste of Miracle Whip. I could eat it by the spoonful. How’s that?

I used to be a lab technician, and we cleaned things with 99% ethanol. Man does that smell terrific.

Fraulein N March 31, 2005 at 7:36 am

I love the smell of gasoline.

fleecey March 31, 2005 at 8:05 am

gasoline and balsamic vinegar. yes, i am a fucking weirdo.

niki March 31, 2005 at 10:19 am

Gasoline?? Rubbing alcohol? Weirdos.

Ironically, me being a non-smoker, it’s a freshly lit cigarette. After that, the smoke is suffocating.

erica April 1, 2005 at 12:56 pm

i don’t mind the smell of skunks, i mean if i smell when one while driving or something. not like if it sprayed me or my dogs.

Pamela April 2, 2005 at 3:57 pm

Gasoline, a ZIPPO lighter as it hits a Lucky Strike,
Heineken beer as it wafts up and out a newly opened bottle, gorganzola cheese, babies’ breath,
(not the flowers)
& mhyrr inscense.
Oh and in the past tense, mimiographed paper!
(Take one, pass it on! )

shaunacat April 4, 2005 at 10:16 am

Gasoline, rubbing alcohol, bounce dryer sheets, and my Sharpei’s face. (Yes, it actually has a scent!)
