I still can’t hear you now

Still no cell phone. I plugged in my old battery, and tried to turn it on, and there was a light. A LIGHT!! Just flashed red a couple of times, but nothing else. I’m holding out hope. Despite what the schmuck at Verizon said. I’ve read of people drying out their phone and having it work. However, I think I may just end up getting this. My lovely Meester tried to surprise me with it this morning, but again, the people at Verizon here are schmucks. Which, I find surprising because I’ve been with them so long because they’re usually pretty good.

Yesterday at work, I was looking for a tiny jeweler’s phillips head screwdriver. I figured I’d head over to IT. No luck, but I noticed that the one IT guy had longer than should be allowed for a guy nails. I really don’t get that. Guys with longish nails. It’s just not attractive.

You know what long pinky nails are for…
I once dropped a computerized camera in a large puddle- when it dried out, there was life, but no action… feh

UGH! Nothing more disgusting than long nails on a guy…to me anyhow.

Ew. Shudder. That’s gross.

You weren’t looking for that screwdriver to open up the phone were you? Because um.. I’ve done that before and never with successful results.

the guy’s in IT. he’s a computer geek.

he must be waiting for the advent of computerized electric nail cutters.

As a guy in IT, and a self proclaimed computer geek(o.k. I was one of the last to proclaim it, after pretty much everyone I know said, ya know J, you’re a computer geek, but the point is I have proclaimed it.)

I can’t see how anyone in IT, or anyone that does any amount of typing at all would want long nails.
