Smells like the town dump

by statia on October 12, 2004

In effort to cheer me up after what some would call a bad day, a friend of mine, who shall remain nameless, got me a gift certificate to Sephora. Whenever I go into Sephora, I can never decide on what I want. Because really, I don’t have a need for anything in Sephora. I can have whatever I want. I have about 6 bottles of various Philosophy body wash, various sugar scrubs, face washes, lots of perfume and a bunch of makeup. I’ve been toying with getting yet even more perfume, and or Philosophy body wash, because let’s face it, you can never have enough of either of those. I’m currently digging this. With missing fall back in PA, there’s this this or this. Not to mention the 40 other bottles of girly frilly soap that I would want as well.

There’s also there’s those Demeter fragrances, which I love. I’m till amazed that they can actually make a fragrance that smells exactly like what the bottle says. Like gingerale. It even gives you that funny feeling in the back of your throat when you smell it. I’m toying with that, or honeysuckle.

Ok, so who am I kidding? I just can’t get enough of Sephora.

Though there’s one smell that I don’t think I’ll buy because of missing it anytime soon. And that’s this. Some things, I don’t need a reminder of.

Snow? What does snow smell like, exactly? Or hell, even generally?

I love the Pumpkin Pie body wash from Philosophy! I’d have to go with the Spiced Cider though, I haven’t tried that one yet.

the demeter link isn’t working…there’s an extra l.

and wow those fragrances sound great – but I know that if I smelled like cinnamon buns I’d be craving them…. mmmm And does it smell like cinnamon buns or cinnabons?
