Sunny Day, breaking the clouds away.

by statia on July 16, 2004

The first half week of work is officially over, and we have mounds and mounds and mounds of unpacking to do. As expected, the Meester was totally excited at all of the kitchen stuff I have. He peed like a kid on Christmas morning. “Baby, we have a…… what the hell is this thing used for anyway?” Yeah, I think he really only brought me out here because of my mounds of stuff. Heh, I said mounds.

I’m also extremely surprised that none of my dishes or glasses broke. I lost a griddle to scratching and maybe one or two minor things.

In other news, I’ve totally missed coffee’s “other benefits.”

Yeah, apparently I mistook a potato peeler for a kinky marital aid and a meat grinder as a sno cone maker. In my mind, I will keep them as they are. *contented sigh*

i think he’s just acting like he doesn’t know what all that stuff is so that you have to do all the cooking…

You wouldn’t have been so worried about your stuff if you were at our Happy Hour tonight, like you should have been!

heh – you should have seen how many times it took me to type this! I’m really drunK!

Woo! No breakage! I hope I have the same luck when I unpack.

I hope you were touching wood when you said nothing was broken. What, you wanna jinx it?
