After almost four days in the car, we’re finally home. I can’t tell you how happy I am to be out of the car. I can honestly say that I never want to drive cross country again. All of those people that have done it numerous times are fucking crazy. I’m sorry, but after an entire day of Nebraska and Wyoming, I think it’s safe to say that I’ve seen enough of the US.

After the whole key mishap, it was pretty much smooth sailing. Just long and tedious. G-dog did stellar. I’m sure he hates us for keeping him in the car for so long, but he held in there like a champ and is literally racing around our new digs, completely giddy.

Thanks to deltus and tj for filling in for me while I was gone.

I’m tired and happy. Ten four good buddy, over and out.

Glad you made it with your sanity intact…. or as intact as it was when you started…

Okay, is the weather all beautiful and stuff? Or has it even had time to register with you yet? Did you get swamp ass from the ride each day?

Oh, I’m just so excited for you. For you both, actually.

Yay! I didn’t think you were going to make it out of Nebraska without breaking.

Glad you arrived safely! How many hours per day did you drive? When we moved to South Dakota, we drove 3 – 10 hour days. Ohio was brutal… but nothing compared to Iowa and Indiana. Those states SUCKED!!! You didn’t like Wyoming?? I think it’s absolutely gorgeous there. Anyway – even though we never met while you lived out here, it’s weird to me that you’re on the other coast now.

Yay! I’m glad you made it safely HOME!! Now get out there and learn the territory so that you can tell us all the really cool places to go when we visit!

Good luck in the New Home!

Yes, driving cross-country SUCKS. A whole bunch of NOTHING, indeed…

YAAAY! Another member of our clan, AT HOME on the west coast! So, SOOO excited for you! Lemme know when you’re coming up to WA!

Glad you made it safe and sound. We drove from Boston to Nevada in 2000 and when we drove through Arkansas, Clinton seemed much less impressive for having come from there. Enjoy the new digs!
