There’s nothing worse than waking up anytime in the last ten minutes before your alarm goes off. The closer to your set time, the more annoying it is. This happens to me more than I’d like it to, or more than I’d like to admit.

That is the damn reason I am up now… Grrr… I know how you feel.

Oh, I can’t agree. I’d much rather “beat the clock” than be awakened by some loud shrill DJ or that damn beepbeepbeep. It’s my first win of the day. :)

That’s why my alarm is set about 30 minutes before I really have to get up. So if I do wake up just before it goes off (like this morning also! must have been an alignment of the planets or something), then I just reset it for 30 minutes later and go back to sleep! My biggest problem is not resetting the alarm before going to sleep at night – nothing like thinking you have 30 minutes to snooze, then realizing that you only have 15 minutes to get ready!

It’s worse for me — I wake up about an hour before I’m supposed to, because I hear my next-door-neighbor’s alarm.

Biological clocks are notorious for running fast. As an aside, I think Branille “wins”. hehe
