And a cherry with a fridge on top

by statia on November 30, 2003

About 13 or 14 years ago, I heard a version of the 12 Days of Christmas that was funny as hell. I never figured out who sang it. I taped it and then ended up losing the tape. I was so disappointed because it was one of the funniest things I had ever heard. After feverishly looking on the net a few years ago, I found it. Now that it’s after Thanksgiving, I’m sharing it with you.

Dude, lol, that’s the best version. I heard it last year and couldn’t stop laughing.

a good tip to save bandwidth is to rename the file extension (and link) to something other than .mp3 (like .booger or .brainpoo) so that even ppl that left-click will not be able to open the file directly from the server, but with the proper directions (save as and rename to .mp3) everyone will still be able to listen.

I cannot thank you enough for making this hysterical song available. Like you, I was feverishly searching for it all over the internet. I saw an off-Broadway show featuring Lypsinka (a well-known female impersonator) last year, in which she lip-sync’d this song, and if you think it’s funny to hear, to see it will absolutely leave you in a puddle o’ pee, it was that funny. Anyway, thank you thank you thank you!!! Go see Lypsinka if you get the chance…
